March is here! With spring right around the corner, we thought it would be fun to feature some bright new flavors this month. Let's get right into it.
Chocolate subscribers this month will receive our limited batch Lemon Blueberry Tart bar. This bar is made with our creamy vanilla white chocolate that's infused with a hint of lemon, and topped with candied lemon that our chocolatier Beth made right here at our factory. In addition, Beth topped each bar with organic blueberries to form this sweet and tart bar that I must say is quite delicious! Two bar chocolate subscribers will additionally receive our crunchy and sweet Toffee Almond bar made with cacao from ABOCFA coop in Ghana.
Coffee subscribers this month will receive a limited batch medium roast coffee from Honduras. We've found this exquisite coffee features notes of apple, citrus, and cocoa. This coffee has a unique back story as it comes from Don Foncho farm in Central Honduras. Don Foncho's family was the first to begin growing coffee in that region, and what started as a small family business has grown into a robust coffee farm with over 40,000 trees. We purchase these beans through our direct trade relationship with Don Foncho farm, and farmers are paid premium prices. Two bag coffee subscribers will additionally receive our signature House Blend coffee.
