Pricing Tiers (airfare is excluded from these prices)
- Normal Rate $6,400 (includes $800 gorilla permit & $250 chimp permit)
- Child Rate (ages 0-11) $4,900 (excludes gorilla & chimp permit)
- Child Rate (ages 12-16) $5,150 (excludes gorillas & includes chimp permit)
- Deposit Amount: $1,000 (secures your spot on the trip)
Payment Dates:
- Deposit: immediate upon registration to secure your seat
- Balance payment: December 1, 2025

Cancellation & Refund Policy

| Cancel Before July 1, 2025 | Full refund minus a $300 fee |
| Cancel Between July 2, 2025 and November 1, 2025 | Full refund minus a $1000 Fee |
| Nov 2, 2025 and later | No refund |
