Our Factory & Café
Our headquarters just outside Honesdale, PA, is home to the Moka Origins chocolate factory, café, and retail store. This space invites customers into the world of craft chocolate and coffee through tours, tastings, events, and a unique behind-the-scenes factory experience.
Role Overview: TikTok Content Creator
We’re looking for an experienced, highly creative TikTok Content Producer to work on-site capturing the daily magic happening across our chocolate factory, café, tours, and events.
This person must be fluent in TikTok culture, capable of making scroll-stopping, high-retention videos, and comfortable working in a hands-on production environment. You’ll take real behind-the-scenes moments — from chocolate making to team personality to mission storytelling — and turn them into compelling short-form content.
This is a part-time role with a flexible schedule and the opportunity to shape a rapidly growing content channel.
Key Responsibilities
On-Site Filming & Production
- Capture behind-the-scenes video inside the chocolate factory, café, and during events
- Film real production moments: pouring, molding, roasting, wrapping, team interactions, etc.
- Edit vertical short-form videos using trending styles, audio, and formats
Content Strategy
- Pitch weekly TikTok concepts

Leverage current trends and platform behaviors to maximize reach

Experiment with hooks, formats, humor, transitions, and storytelling styles
Editing & Publishing

Edit high-performing videos (CapCut, Adobe Rush, or similar tools)

Optimize pacing and retention

Track performance and refine content based on analytics
Brand Alignment
- Reflect Moka Origins’ tone: authentic, educational, mission-driven

Balance playful content with meaningful impact storytelling
Qualifications
Required
- Proven experience creating viral or high-performing TikTok or Reels content
- Strong editing and mobile video production skills
- Portfolio links showcasing your best work
- Comfort filming in an active factory environment
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends, timing, humor, and visual rhythm
- Able to work independently and deliver consistent content
- Must work in-person at our Honesdale, PA location
Preferred
- Experience with food, craft products, or storytelling-driven brands
- Ability to coach team members on simple on-camera participation
- Understanding of lighting, audio, and basic production principles
