Thank you for pre-registering for our Uganda Sourcing Adventure. This is our official registration page for you to use to complete your registration and initiate payment. Please carefully read the Trip Details, our Tour Participant Agreement terms, complete our Tour Participant Agreement, and initiate your payment.
Step 1: Review Trip Details
Trip Dates: Thursday, January 27th - Saturday, February 5th, 2021
Pricing Tiers (airfare is excluded from these prices)
- Early Registration Rate (pay before June 1): $4,600.00 ($300 Discount)
- Regular Registration Rate (pay before Aug 15): $4,900.00
- Single Supplement Room Cost: $450.00 per person

Participant Cancellation Policy (If participants cancel)
|Before July 15 2021||100% Refund|
|Between July 16 - Nov 1, 2021||50% Refund|
|Nov 2 or later||0% Refund|
*30% ($300) of the deposit amount is nonrefundable and nontransferable. This is due to payment that Moka has made to our Uganda vendors on your behalf.
Covid Linked Cancelation (If Moka Origins cancels)
*If Moka Origins has to cancel the trip due to Covid-19 before Sept 1 2021, participants will receive a 100% refund, excluding $300 non refundable portion of the deposit.
*If Moka Origins has to cancel the trip due to Covid-19 between Sept 2 and Nov 15 2021, participants will receive a 80% refund, excluding $300 non refundable portion of the deposit. This is due to payments which have been made to your travel arrangements.
Cancelations Due to State Restricted Travel
*If our entire group or members of our group are not able to travel due to travel restrictions, Moka Origins will try its best to issue refunds or credits against future travel booked with Moka Origins.

Step 3: Complete our Tour Participant Agreement
Please fill out one form per participant. All submitted forms agree to the tour participant agreement form linked to above. Do not submit a Registration Form without reading, and agreeing, to the above agreement form.
Step 4: Make Payment
Please either make full payment or a $1000 deposit to hold your seat. 30% ($300) of the deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
