This is our official registration page for you to use to complete your registration and initiate payment. Additional information can be found on our Dominican Trip FAQ page or please email Jeff Abella any time at with further questions. 

Please carefully read the Trip Details, our Tour Participant Agreement terms, complete our Tour Participant Agreement, and initiate your payment.

Covid Linked Cancelation
*If Moka Origins cancels the trip due to Covid-19 before Oct 15, 2021 participants will receive a 100% refund.

*If Moka Origins cancels the trip due to Covid-19 between Oct 16th, 2021 Dec 15th, 2021, participants will receive a $2,000 refund (if paid participant paid in full).

Step 3: Complete our Tour Participant Agreement

Please fill out one form per participant. All submitted forms agree to the tour participant agreement form linked to above. Do not submit a Registration Form without reading, and agreeing, to the above agreement form.

Please make full payment of $2,900 to hold your seat.
